Privacy Policy

Insight Harbor Partners, operated by Quantica LLC ("we", "us"), owns and operates a small portfolio of online businesses. This policy explains what we collect through insightharborpartners.com and through the internal tools we use to run our businesses, including tools that connect to Google services.
Each business we operate, such as OvertimePools (overtimepools.com), has its own privacy policy for its customers. That policy, not this one, governs data those businesses collect.
1. What we collect on this website
This website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and sets no cookies.
Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.
Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and use them only to reply.
2. Our internal tools and Google user data
We build internal software to manage advertising for the businesses we own. With our authorization, that software connects to Google Ads through the Google Ads API.
What it accesses. Only Google Ads accounts that we own or manage for our own businesses: account settings, campaign structure, keywords, ads, budgets and performance reports.
How we use it. Solely to create, measure and adjust advertising for our own businesses. We do not use it for any other purpose.
What we do not do. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising to anyone, build profiles of individuals, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending. We do not offer this software to other companies.
Who can see it. Our staff, and service providers who process it only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations: our cloud hosting and database providers, and the AI service providers whose models run our software. We never let anyone use this data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Google API Services. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention. We keep advertising data as long as we need it to manage and measure our own campaigns, and delete it when it is no longer needed. You can revoke our software's access to a Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3. How we protect data
Access is limited to accounts that need it, credentials are stored encrypted and never in our code, and our administrative accounts use two-factor authentication.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
5. Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Children
This website and our tools are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
